IASE at the WEAI 2017, Santiago, Chile

IASE sponsored two full sessions in International Sports Economics at the just concluded Western Economics Association International (WEAI) 2017 conference in Santiago, Chile. President Joel Maxcy organized the sessions and Vice Presidents Ross Booth and Markus Kurscheidt, along with Maxcy presented papers. Maxcy chaired one session, and Booth the other. Others presenting papers included Markus Breuer, Fumiko Takeda, and Richard Watt. An IASE dinner was held at a Santiago restaurant Thursday January 5.
